Foundation Training:USA

The next USA Castellino Foundation Training, T17, starts with Module A in July 2022 or July 2023 (chose one), then picks up with Modules 1-8, likely starting in October, 2023. Applications will be available once we have set dates and prices.

Before You Begin

Your application consists of four parts; a completed written application for a Womb Surround, a completed application for the Foundation Traininig, a head shot photo, and the contact information you provide through the form below.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Download the written applications for a Womb Surround (MS Word). If you filled in a written Womb Surround application before taking a Womb Surround with Ray or another facilitator, you can either submit that or fill in the application provided. If you took the Sequencing workshop rather than a Womb Surround, please download and fill in the Womb Surround application provided.
  2. Download the written applications for the Foundation Training (MS Word).
  3. Type your answers into the Word document for the Womb Surround and re-save with your full name added to the document title.

  4. Type your answers into the Word document for the Foundation Training and re-save with your full name added to the document title.

  5. Locate an image of yourself that can be cropped to a portrait-style headshot.
  6. Fill out the form below. The form will ask you to upload your completed written applications and your headshot.

NOTE: If you do not have access to MS Word, you can download the file into Google Docs. Once you have typed your answers, be sure to export the completed document back into a Word document before uploading it. Castellino Training® is not responsible for the security of Google Docs.
