Anna Chitty | Certified Trainer
Anna Chitty is a Somatic Blueprint® Certified Trainer. She teaches Module 1 of the Foundation Training alongside Ray Castellino.
Anna’s Experience
Anna is a master teacher for exploring the interface between body, emotions, mind, and consciousness. She is the founder of the Colorado School of Energy Studies. Her disciplines include polarity therapy, biodynamic craniosacral therapy, somatic experiencing, Diamond Heart, and pre and perinatal therapy. Before she founded the Colorado School of Energy Studies, Anna developed an in-depth residential Polarity Therapy training program which she directed for 13 years.
Recently Anna has developed a communications course focusing on somatic blueprint verbal skills which she is offering to a wide range of professional practitioners including bodyworkers, traditional family therapists, and Somatic Blueprint trainees. Anna also teaches Polarity Therapy courses and Craniosacral training.
Anna is an integral part of the Somatic Blueprint community. She is a decade’s long-time collaborator with Ray Castellino in the development of Somatic Blueprint. She and Ray developed and co-teach Body Into Being. One of Anna’s primary contributions to Somatic Blueprint provides part of the very basis of the SB approach which is to learn how to perceive the somatic blueprint energies in oneself as the resource bases for health, vitality, and wellbeing.
Additional Achievements
In addition to her extensive experience exploring group dynamics, Anna is a frequent presenter at national conferences and has served in various roles for organizations and institutions including the Somatic Psychology Masters Program at Naropa University, the Matrixworks Leadership Training for group dynamics, and the Ergos Institute’s Somatic Experiencing postgraduate program.
